The Fish Bar’s proprietors source their seafood directly from the fishermen who land it along the Fife coastline. Throughout the week, you’ll find a variety of seafood to tempt your taste buds, including Icelandic cod, haddock, prawns and line-caught mackerel. There’s also lobster and crab that’s been landed at Anstruther harbour. Even the potatoes used by the chipper are local, as are the eggs, rolls and dairy products.
